Prescription Transfer

To get started, watch the video or follow the steps below.
 

Transfer your prescriptions

1. Click on the Transfer your prescriptions button above.
2. If you have prescriptions from past pharmacies that need to be transferred, you'll see an informational banner on your account homepage.
3. Update your insurance and health history.
4. To grant access to your records, you may be prompted to enter a previous prescription number.
5. Go to your Previous Pharmacy folder on your account homepage, and request a refill for the selected medication you want to transfer.
6. After your request has processed, the prescription information will move to your Active folder. (Here, you'll be able to request future refills.)
