To get started, watch the video or follow the steps below.
- Click the Create an account button above.
- Enter your name, date of birth and contact information. Then create a password.
- Choose your security question and answer. Read and agree to the Terms of Service.
- Verify your identity online or by phone:
- Online: You will be asked a series of questions.
- Phone: You will be given an activation code.
- Once your identity has been verified, you have successfully created your account.
